COMMUIVICATIONS: <br />Petitions regarding the Wal Mart proposal had been received by members. <br />Mr. Miller explained that there are two petitions, one stating that the <br />condominimum residents are against the Wal-Mart proposal a.nd another stating <br />that, if it must be there they would prefer it next to the office buildings aud as far <br />away from the condominimu:ms as possible. <br />VI. OLD BUSINESS: <br />Mr. Dubelko and Mr. Conway have not completed their discussions on the <br />conditional use permit as it pertains to the nursing home legislation. Mr. Conway <br />explained that he also asked for an opinion on this in reference to a new request for <br />a day care center. <br />Mr. Conway advised that the developers of the Stylin Concepts proposal which <br />was approved previously had advised him that they will not be building the free <br />standing storage building, only the addition to the existing building.
