At that time the State had advised <br />that there was no specific dates for the foreseeable future. Mr. Conway does not <br />see how the city can stop the church from developing its own lot. Mr. Gorris <br />stated that there might be a problen if the lot is developed and then after the <br />road is started, they claim a hardship. Mr. Conway mrely wants the Commission to <br />be aware since the letter was addressed to them, and he advised that he would <br />handle it the same way the 3 single lots were handled.
