NEW BUSINESS:
Chairman Gorris would like to amend the agenda to include a section for "MINOR CHANGES"
it was suggested that it be placed after COMNIITTEE REPORTS. He would like the Rules and
Regulations of Planning Commission amended to reflect this change.
VIII. OLD BUSINESS:
Ord. 94-95 will be deferred until the next meeting.
In reference to the Master Plan, Chaiiman Gorris believed that legislation has been requested to
rezone everytlung except for a few parcels and he asked that the clerk verify that no requests for
rezouing had been made for these parcels. In Focus Area C-2 (Stearns Road), no rezoning
requests were made for parcels 15 and 16 wluch called for rezoning to Mixed Use "E" and
parcel 18 which called for rezoning to Cluster zoning. It was noted that there was no M'vxed Use
"E" zouing classification. County Plauuiug had also suggested that Parcels 20 and 21 be rezoned
to a Large Lot zoning, but there is no such zoning in the code. It was aLso suggested that Parcels
26, 27, and 29 be rezoned to Cluster and Mr. Gorris is not sure if 29 was rezoned along with the
rest of the golf course was. Parce133 (off Columbia) was supposed to be rezoned to multiple use.
Parcels 43 and 44 (on the eastern end oftown) were supposed to be changed to Mixed Use "D",
and 46 was supposed to be rezoned to Multiple Residence. Mr. Gorris would like to have all of
these completed, however he does not want to do anything about the Stearns Road area, since the
road may never be built_ ,,
IX.
