ROLL CALL: <br />Chairman Zergott called the meeting to order at 5:30 p.m. <br />Present: T. Gallagher, S. Krieger, and B. Zergott. <br />Mr. Sohn arrived later. <br />Also Present: Building Commissioner Conway and Clerk of Commissions Oring. <br />II. REVIEW AND CORRECTION OF MINiJTES: <br />T. Gallagher moved to approve the minutes of May 18, 1994 as presented, seconded by S. <br />Krieger, and unauimously approved. <br />III. SIGNS: <br />1) Pet'sMart, (formerlyPetzazz), 26063 Great Northern Shopping Center <br />Sign must also be heard by the Board of Zoning Appeals. <br />Mr. McQuoid, sign contractor, presented plans and explained that the owner of the center had <br />disapproved the first plan presented, this second proposal whiph is being submitted has been <br />approved, and now needs approval from this board and the Board of Zoning Appeals. It was <br />clarified that tlus store is now under the name of Petzazz and is in Plaza North. The individual <br />letters are back lit and will be bright red. Mr. Gallagher read the color number from the plans, <br />Clear Red Neon, 3/16-211-1 and 3/16-607-1 Blue Plex faces on bounce lines 6500 white neon. <br />Mr. Zergott did not believe the color rendering showed the color conectly, but the members had <br />no problem with the bright red. B. Zergott moved to accept the concept of the sign for Pet'sMart, <br />seconded by S. Krieger, and unanunously approved_ <br />IV. OLD BUSINESS: <br />Heard below. <br />V. NEW BUSINESS: <br />1) Rini Rego Marketplace, 47000 Great Northern Boulevard. <br />Proposal to add vestibule and remodel store front elevation. <br />Mr. Draeger, architect, explained that the vestibule eartension to the south was 135 square feet, <br />since there are three different shades of brick existing on the building now, they intend to match <br />the lightest one as closely as possible.
