Y <br />4 <br />n. <br />^?l <br />matching the color of the store front system with the suggestion that they go with a metal halide <br />lighting and the lights should conform to the specs. 3) That some of the treatment on the front of <br />the building be wrapped around the sides. 4) That the 8 foot mound with the 6 foot fence should <br />be wrapped around the Mill Road to hide the side loading dock, and it should be brought down as <br />far possible and there should be drainage inlets behind the rear mound. 5) The truck entrance is <br />to be the Lorain Road drive. 6). That the H.V.A.C. units are to be concealed behind the parapets <br />on the front and sides and to be screened for sou.nd on the back. 7) The metal panels on the <br />building are to be a burgundy, not the same red as the masonry accent. 8) That a coordinated <br />signage program which should be submitted to the board when they have definite leases at the <br />discretion of the Building Commissioner. The motion was seconded by T. (iallagher, and <br />u.nanimously approved. The following points were made during the framing of the motion. It was <br />clarified that the metal panels would go down to the ground on store `B". Mr. Sohn was still <br />concemed about the red metal panels since he believed that they could be too bright in the sun. <br />Mr. Davia assured him that this color was on their other stores and was actually a burgundy, and <br />not bright. Mr. Yager stated that he would like them to bring in. a sign package, Mr. Papandreas <br />stated that they do have some specifications for the signs, and are asking for channel letters, but <br />he will bring them back if the Building Commissioner thinks that they should submit them. Mr. <br />Davia noted that the way the entrances were configured, all the signs would not be visible at one <br />time <br />VI.
