O'Rourke moved to table Bridgeport Village (Whitlatch & Company), proposal to <br />rezoning to construct a Single Family, Cluster development of attached or detached residences, <br />until more information is received from the Engineering regarding storm drainage, sanitary <br />sewers, including information pertaining to wetlands or hazardous waste in the area and also <br />request further information from the Safety Department, seconded by A. Mauning, and <br />unanimously approved Later in the meeting. Mr. Manning also expressed conceru that at some <br />time in the future, residents would want the emergency access opened up for a second access. <br />N. MINOR CHANGES: <br />Pizza Hut wants to install a 10 by 11 foot cooler in the rear of the building. The eaterior, brick, <br />walls will match the brick on the structure and the flat roof will be standing seam. <br />Baker's Square Restaurant is requesting to put in a recycling dumpster in the rear of the <br />property, but there were no plans to enclose it and it might be visible to the neighbors fr'om the <br />south and west sides. The members agreed that it should enclosed. <br />Barlo Plaza, 30600 Lorain Road would like to install' two 100 watt, high pressure sodium lights <br />on the existing utility poles to illuminate the front parking lot. The lights would be shielded from <br />the residence on the west. It was agreed that these lights are extremely unattractive, and since <br />this is a uice looking plaza, they believe that they should come back with something more <br />attractive. <br />VIII.
