Mrs. Saringer stated that she had had nothing to do with it. Mr. Tallon advised that this ordinance <br />could always be amended if the it proved to be unsatisfactory. Assistant Law Director Dubellco <br />stated the Law Director had wanted to make sure it would not violate the constitution because it <br />limited someone's commercial speech and he does not thiuk that tlus ordinance, as now drafted, <br />would do that. The Law Director had believed, that under the old legislation, it was better to <br />neither, approve or deny since there were no specific standards. R Tallon moved that the <br />Commission concurs with Ord. 95-20, seconded by T. Manning, and unanimously approved. <br />VI. CONIlVIITTEE REPORTS: <br />No items. <br />VII.
