.. ^` <br />235-14-7 and 8, located on the east side ofBurns Road, south ofMidvale Avenue, into one (1) parcel: <br />Zoning is `B" Residence, Single entirely and the proposal conforms to Zoning Code Requirements for <br />frontage and area with the stipulation thi's is basically all that the couunission can do since this is just a <br />consolidation, anytlung else regarding building style, easements would be addressed by the <br />Engineering and Building Departments, the motion was seconded by A. Manning and unauimously <br />approved. Councilman Nashar asked that it be made clear that if the easement is moved, it is to be at <br />the expense ofthe Wells Family. <br />V. COMMUNICATIONS: <br />Mr. Steffan, a resident in the audience, asked if the members had received a letter regarding his <br />concerns about the trees on the Baker's furniture property. Vice Chairman Manning advised this has <br />been tabled because they did not get their variances. <br />VI. COlVIlVIITTEE REPORTS: <br />No items. <br />VII. MINOR CHANGES: <br />No items. <br />VIII. NEW BUSINESS: <br />No items. <br />IX. OLD BUSINESS: <br />Mr. Herbster presented a picture of Andre's Cappuccino stand and stated that he has a concem since <br />tliey have painted their name, telephone number, a.nd advertisements what they sell on the side of the <br />trailer. He believed that this should be addressed as a sign. Mrs. O'Rourke stated that she has <br />complained about this business also, and noted that he is still rnnning out in the street to stop cars. <br />Vice Chairman Manuing asked that the photograph be referred to the Building Department for <br />possible sign violations or other violations and to recommend that if there are violation, he be cited <br />again. Mr. Herbster stated that he had moved the trailer and doubted it met the setback requirements. <br />X. ADJOURNMENT: <br />K. O'Rourke moved to excuse the absence of R. Tallon, seconded by A.
