. <br />1) Sunrise Development Re-Subdivision ( Sublot 11, North Olmsted Industrial Park). <br />The proposal is to fu.rther subdivide original sublot 4-A of the Sunrise Development Assembly Plat <br />(Recorded in Volume 242, Page 81, Cuyahoga County Map Records) into two (2) sublots. Location of <br />the "split-off ' sublot is the south side of North Olmsted Industrial Parkway. Zoning is Limited Industry- <br />Industrial Park, entirely, and both proposed sublots conform to Zoning Code requirements. <br />Assistant City Engineer McDermott presented plans to subdivide a conforming parcel from a larger <br />parceL Mr. Hammerschmidt, developer, explained that he would be constructing an office/warehouse ou <br />the lot. Mr. McDermott advised that the dotted line was not a property line and clarified that the <br />building would be on the two acre parcel. The Kovalak building that was just recently approved is on <br />the lot abutting to the west. The members had no problem with. the proposal. R. Tallon moved to <br />approve the lot split proposal for Sunrise Development Re-subdivision (Sublot 11, North Olmsted <br />Industrial Park), to fuxther subdivide the original sublot 4-A of the Sunrise Development Assembly Plat <br />(Recorded in Volume 242, Page 81, Cuyahoga Couuty Map Records) into two (2) sublots. MINOR CI-IANGES: <br />Building Commissioner Conway has sent 2 minor changes to Mr. Tallon, but he had not received them <br />as yet. He will notify Mr. Conway. of his decision. <br />VIII. NEW BUSINESS: <br />No items. <br />IX. OLD BUSINESS: <br />Building Commissioner Conway suggested tkat, when the committee is discussing the zoning code, <br />perhaps the architectural review board and the board of zoning appeals should be invited to give their <br />input. <br />X.
