Will the City of North Olmsted require pre-purchase, <br />general home inspections of all private residences or will only transactions <br />in which the services of a private horne inspector are used be required to file <br />information with the City of North Olmsted? <br />Issues of discrimination are raised if information is required only from <br />persons who voluntarily employ the services of a private home inspector. <br />5) Will inspections reports filed with the City of North Olrns-ted be public <br />record? Will -the general public be able to view these reports to gain <br />information about homes in the City of North Olmsted? Serious issues <br />addressing invasion of privacy are raised. <br />6) If via the registration and reporting process proposed by the "Board of <br />Build Code Appeals^ serious hasards are noted in inspected residences, what <br />will the Ci-ty of North Olmsted's obligation be"to require remedy of <br />referenced serious hagards? Will the City of North Olmsted refuse to <br />permit transfer of title in properties which contain s erious h azards? <br />If the City of North Dlmsted fails to require remedy of serious hazards <br />what are the potential consequences for failing to require remedy of seri ous <br />haza rds?
