Violation of Ord. 90-125, Section <br />1135.02. <br />Chairmau Gomersall called all interested parties before the board. The oath was admuustered to <br />Mrs. Shaker. She clarified the request and explained that her house was about 25 feet from the <br />corner. Building Commissioner Conway explained that the inspector had revised their figures <br />after measuring the property and had determined that the fence would be about 33-1/3% ,open. <br />They only n'eed a variance for the area that encroaches into the side setback. The members had no <br />problem with the request. M. Boyle moved to grant the request of Richard Shaker, 4139 Linden <br />Circle, for a 13 foot variance (at closest point) for location of fence to extend an existing 4 foot <br />picket fence into side yard setback. Request 131 square foot variance to replace detached garage <br />which will exceed the maximum 20% coverage of rear yard area. Also request 3 foot side yard <br />variance and 8 foot rear yard variance for location of garage. Violation of Ord. 90-125, Sections <br />1135.02(c)(2) and (d)(2). <br />Chau-man Gomersall called all interested parties before the board. The oath was administered to <br />Ms. Speagle who questioned the figures since she wanted the shed to be 2 feet off the back line <br />and 2 feet off the side line. It was explained to her that these figures were for the variances since <br />the requirements are 10 feet in the back and 5 feet on the side. The members had no problems with <br />the request. It was noted that there would be 28 feet between the house and the garage so no fire <br />wall would be requued. W. Purper moved to grant the requests of Ruthann C. Speagle, 3308 <br />Clague Road, for a 131 square foot variance to replace detached garage which will exceed the <br />maximum 20% coverage of rear yard area. Also to grant a 3 foot side yard variance and an 8 foot <br />rear yard variance for location of garage. Violation of Ord. 90-125, Sections 1135.02(c)(2) and <br />(d)(2).
