Violation of Ord. 90-125, Section 1163.12(g). The
motion was seconded by T. Koberna and unanimously approved. She was advised that the sign
could be put up as soon as she wanted it. Purper moved to grant the request of Neil
Clough, 3805 Root Road, for a 45 foot front setback variance to replace detached garage at
existing location. Violation of Ord. 90-125, Section 1135.06. The motion was seconded by J.
Maloney and unanunously approved. Variance granted.
4. William Kapustik, 3755 Walter Road.
Request for variauce (1123.12). Request 2 foot side yard variance to replace existing detached
garage. Request for variance (1123.12). Request 50 foot variauce to construct a 6 foot fence on right of
way line of the rear setback of a through lot (50 foot setback required). Violation of Ord. 90-125,
Section 1135.06.
Chairman Gomersall called all interested parties before the board. The oath was administered to
Robert Sharp.
