.; <br />VI. COMIVIITTEE REPORTS: <br />No items. <br />VII. MINOR CHANGES: <br />. Assistant Building Commissioner Rymarczyk presented the minox change before the meeting. <br />, Chau-man Tallon questioned what happened to the minor change for B. & G. Properties <br />submitted during the recesses to add air conditioners on the outside and windows on the side. <br />Mr. Itymarczyk believed that tlus change was not objected witlun the 10 day period. Mr. Tallon <br />was suxe that he had responded withiu the allotted time. He believed that there should be some <br />clarification or change to the time period in wluch to respond. He also questioned why they <br />were nunning a business in the lower level wluch was to be used for storage of the tenants, and <br />- the commission never approved 'a business in the rear. He iuaintained that this area was only to <br />be used for storage for the tenauts. Mr. Rymarczyk further advised that the school bus shelter <br />will be installed shortly and that no permits or occupaucies will.be granted until the bus shelter <br />is in place. Mr. Tallon asked Mr. Rymarczyk to check with the building commissioner regarding <br />the minor change aud the business in the lower level since he does uot know how these <br />happened. <br />VIII. NEW BUSINESS: <br />No items. <br />IX. OLD BUSINESS: <br />Assistant Building Commissioner Rymarczyk advised the commission that the board of zoning <br />appeals grauted L. & K. Heating a 10 foot variance for parldng instead ofthe 1 foot variauce <br />that planuing cominission recommeuded. Mr. Tallon stated that the barber uext door had told <br />lum that he would ask for more spaces in frout if L. & K. Heating were allowed to have theuL <br />X.
