Tallon moved to approve the Great Northeiu Properfies Conapany Lot <br />Split, the proposal to split Perlnanent Parcel number 236-17-004 into two (2) parcels, of wluch the <br />westerly lot is the site of the proposed Homestead Village Hotel. Location is the south side of Country <br />Club Boulevard between Columbia Road and the `?iow under construction" Marriott Courtyard Hotel. <br />Zoning is Mixed Use District entirely. The motiou was seconded by K O'Rourke, and uuanimously <br />approved. <br />3) Country Club Boulevard Re-Subdivision. <br />The proposal is to split Permaneut Parcel number 236-10-002 into two (2) parcels, of wluch the <br />westerly lot is the site of the approved (Planuiug Commission 10/22/96) Studio Plus Hotel. Location is <br />the south side of Couutry Club Boulevard between Technology Park aud Victoria Plaza. NIlNOR CHANGES: <br />Chairman Tallon explained that there were two small items: one was a ribbon on the building that was <br />moved from three feet to nine feet. Also some satellite dishes were to be put on the roof of the <br />Corporate Center, but they will be screened so they will only be visible from the air. <br />VIII. NEW BUSINESS: <br />The commission had agreed earlier not to meet December 24th, but no motion had been made. R <br />Tallon made a motion to omit the December 24, 1996 meeting, seconded by K. O'Rourke, and <br />unanimously approved. <br />IX. OLD BUSINESS: <br />No items. <br />X.
