30 foot poles to eliminate light from glaring onto the neighbors' property. The building will be 34 foot
at the ridge and 26 to the roof line. It was decided to lower the poles to 25 feet. The mechanical units
will be inside the building. The dwnpster will be enclosed with a 6 foot board on board enclosure
without doors. It was suggested that they turn the dumpster so the trucks can get into it, and that some
landscaping should be planted around it. Mr. Liggett questioned if there should not be doors on it, and
also suggested a 3 foot high earth berm in the front landscape bed to help shield the parking from the
street. Mr. Zergott agreed and asked them to expand the landscaping in the front on the berm and to
add more evergreen material since they will not be landscaping on the side. He suggested that they have
the grass flow in between the plantmgs. The developers will submit a new landscaping plan. Mr.
Aubachon asked if he could get approval contingent upon submitting the additional information. Mr.
Zergott advised that much more specific information would be needed; including the manufacturers and
numbers of all materials, and colors, and including roofing materials, block, etc. before final approval
could be given. Mr. Schmidt stated that he is dealing with three contractors with three separate
buildings. It was clarified that they should get the samples of all three buildings. T. Gallagher moved to
approve the Soccer Zone, at the west end of I,orain Road, the proposal to construct an indoor soccer
field in Limited Industrial District, with the following conditions: that the dumpster be enclosed with a 6
foot high board on board fence, the front landscaping should be mounded 3 foot high and should be
submitted for approval to Mr. Zergott, the lights are to be 25 foot high metal halide, the colors,
manufactures names and numbers for all materials, including the roofing materials; and split face block.
The split face block must have through the brick color and a sealant should be applied on the outside.
The motion was seconded by S. Krieger. Roll call on motion: Gallagher, Krieger, Liggett, and Zergott,
yes. Mr. Yager, no. Motion carried. The developers will return with their signage.
VI. ADJOURNMENT:
The meeting was adjourned at 7:20 p.m.
rQ C????? B. Zergott,

B. Oring, Clerk of Commissions
4
