Mr. Gallagher clarified that tlus is just a <br />suggestion. After some more discussion, it was also recommended that the front row of parking along <br />Lorain Road could be landbavlced and the board hoped that planning commission would approve that. <br />Mr. Liggett believed that they could even add one more space in the second row. Mr. Malik explained <br />to Mr. Rymarczyk that he had to maintain a 783 elevation in order to have the correct storm level. It <br />was agreed that tlus design was acceptable with the landscape plau and Mr. Yager agreed that he would <br />accept the plan although much thought should be given to the meager courtyard layouts and <br />relationslups to the rectory and garage. M. Yager moved to approve the St. Clarence Catholic Church, <br />30106 Lorain Road, plans as presented with the ten parking spaces reduced to five, with the other five <br />landbanked; ask that the architect cousider pushing the bookstore building back, if at all possible and <br />that they just consider the other recommendations. The landscape plan will have to be presented to Mr. <br />Zergott for lus review. The motion was seconded by T. Gallagher, and unanimously approved. Mr. <br />Yager clarified that he was convinced tliat the architect had thoroughly considered all aspects, and he <br />just wanted the architect to consider the suggestions and possibly review ideas with Father Flynn. <br />VI.
