The oath was adininistered to Mr. DiBenedetto who explained his company owns several strip shopping centers on Brookpark Extension, and many tenants have complained because customers do not know the difference between Brookpark Road and Brookpark Extension. They would like to attach a sign on the Hills sign, which is at the corner of Lorain Road and Sparky, directing people to the Brookpark Extension. This sign will be 8 feet off grade so there would be no problem with obscuring visibility. The members agreed that this is needed. They have a letter of consent from owner of the sign. M.
