It was noted that there were no <br />dimensions given for the sign and there was no location shown.. Mr. Smith presented a petition signed by <br />5 neighbors objecting to the variance. Mr. Elias had been told previously that the neighbors were against <br />the idea. The neighbors explained that Mr. Elias had been in an accident the day before, but they also <br />think that he changed his mind about asking for the variance. R. Gomersall moved to grant to Tony <br />Elias, 4919 Grace Road, a variance to sell produce in front yard in residential area; a variance to set up <br />stand for sale of produce; and a variance to install sign indicating "Produce for Sale" iu residential <br />district. Violation of Ord. 90-125, Sections 1135.02(b)(2), (5) and (7) and 1163.07. The motion was <br />seconded by T. Kobema. The members had no problem with the request. W. Purper moved to grant the request of Robert <br />Vienna, 26112 Byron Drive, for a 55.2 square foot variance for area shed which will exceed the <br />minimum 2% area ofthe rear yard which is permitted. Violation of Ord. 90-125, Section 1135.02(d-1). <br />The motion was seconded by W. Purper, and unauimously approved. Variance granted. <br />14. Frances Lakey, 5422 Kennedy Ridge Road. <br />Request for variance (1123.12). Request 5 foot variance for distance between proposed detached garage <br />? and dwelling. Existing garage will be demolished. Violation of Ord. 90-125, 5ection 1135.02(c)(2). <br />Chairmau Gomersall called all interested parties before the board. The oath was admiuistered to Ms. <br />Lakey. Mr. Gomersall noted that she would have to put a fire wall on the portion that was only 10 foot <br />from the porch. Ms. Lakey agreed. J. Maloney moved to grant the request of Frances Lakey, 5422 <br />Kennedy Ridge Road, fova 5 foot variance for distance between proposed detached garage and dwelling <br />with the condition that the fire wall be included. Existing garage will be demolished. Violation of Ord. <br />90-125, Section 1135.02(c)(2). The motion was seconded by R. Gomersall, and unanimously approved. <br />15.
