, Chairman Gomersall called all interested parties before the board. The oath was adininistered to Mr. Brzeski. Mr. Gomersall noted that the property backed up to the high school track. The members had no problem with the request. T. Kobema moved to grant the variance for Philip Brzeski, 27190 Pompton Drive for a 37.46 square foot variance for area of shed which will exceed the maximum 2% of the rear yard area that permitted. Violation of Ord. 90-12-5, Section 1135.02(d-1). The motion was seconded by J. Maloney, and u.nauunously approved. Variance granted. 10. A Stone's Throw Complex Shore West Construction), properiy south of I-480, fronting on Brookpark Rd. and abutting the rear property lines of lots on the north side of Mastic Road, west of Cla,gue Road. Request for variance (1123.12). 1) Request front setback variances (miuunum of 100 foot required) for structures facing Clague and Brookpark Roads. Violation of Ord. 90-125, Section 1137.07(b). 2) Request rear yard variances for homes abutting the rear property line of the homes facing Clague Road (minimum ?,0 foot required) Violation of Ord. 90-125, Sections 1137.02(a) {1136.06(b)}.3) Request variances in four areas for structures that are not located 40 feet the property line. 4) Request variance to have more than 68 units. Violation of Ord. 90-125, Section 1137.06. 5) Request variance to construct duplex units on property that is not contiguous to a two Family District. Violation of Ord. 90-125, Section 1137.02 (a). 6) Request variance to have units below the 660 square foot minimum livable floor area. Violation of Ord. 90- 125, Secrion 1137.02(a) { 1136.06(a)}. Note: Some of these rulings are due to the fact that the multiple residence district is not clear on set backs for two family development. These are basically cluster requirements except for the setback from right of ways. The developer was not present, the request was heard at the end of the meeting. 11. W. Purper moved to grant the request ' of C and N Automotive (Formerly Lorain American Citgo), 27830 Lorain Road, for a variance to replace faces in non-conforming pole sign. Tony Elias, 4919 Grace Road. Request for variance (1123.12). Request variance to sell produce in front yard in residential area; request variance to set up stand for sale of produce; and a variance to install sign indicating "Produce for Sa1e" in residential district. Violation of Ord. 90-125, Sections 1135.02(b)(2), (5) and (7) and 1163.07. The applicant, Mr. Elias, was not present, but several neighbors were. Mr. Gomersall advised that this would be tabled, but it was decided that the neighbors should be given a chance to speak so they would not have to come back.
