The members had <br />no problem with the request. T. Kobema moved to grant the variance for Philip Brzeski, 27190 <br />Pompton Drive for a 37.46 square foot variance for area of shed which will exceed the maximum 2% <br />of the rear yard area that permitted. Violation of Ord. 90-12-5, Section 1135.02(d-1). The motion was <br />seconded by J. Maloney, and u.nauunously approved. Variance granted. <br />10. Note: Some of these rulings are due to the fact that the <br />multiple residence district is not clear on set backs for two family development. The members had no problem with the request. W. Purper moved to grant the request <br />' of C and N Automotive (Formerly Lorain American Citgo), 27830 Lorain Road, for a variance to <br />replace faces in non-conforming pole sign. Violation of Ord. 90-125, Section 1163.19. Note: Pole sign <br />must be removed by January 1, 1998. The motion was seconded by T. Koberna, and unanimously <br />approved. Variance granted. <br />12. Tony Elias, 4919 Grace Road. <br />Request for variance (1123.12). Request variance to sell produce in front yard in residential area; request <br />variance to set up stand for sale of produce; and a variance to install sign indicating "Produce for Sa1e" in <br />residential district. Violation of Ord. 90-125, Sections 1135.02(b)(2), (5) and (7) and 1163.07. <br />The applicant, Mr. Elias, was not present, but several neighbors were. Mr. Gomersall advised that this <br />would be tabled, but it was decided that the neighbors should be given a chance to speak so they would <br />not have to come back.
