If Mr. Wilson installs <br />his fence 3 feet offthe property line, and Ameritech utilizes the utility easement, the fence will be damaged. <br />Mr. Wilson stated, he would not have a problem iustalling the feuce 6 feet offthe property line, to avoid the <br />easement. Tlus board, for safety reasons, would like the fence moved back 10 feet from the sidewallc.
