J. Maloney moved to grant the proposal of Joby Pfeil, 22984 Macbeth Ave. Request for variance <br />(1123.12). Request 2 foot side yard variance to construct deck. Violation of Ord. 90-125, Sectiou <br />1135.07(a). The motion was seconded by T. Koberna and unanimously approved. Variance granted. <br />• 10) Mae and Jefrem Iwaniw, 4236 Coe Ave. <br />Request for variance (1123.12). Request a 5 foot rear setback variance and 2 foot side set back <br />variance to replace shed on existing concrete pad. Violation of Ord. 90-125, Section 1135.02 (d)(4). <br />Chairman Gomersall called all interested parties before the board. The oath was administered to Mr. <br />and Mrs. Iwaniw. Mr. Gomersall explained there is an existing 10 by 10 shed and they want to add <br />another 8 by 10 shed. He stated the new shed will be installed five foot from the rear and three foot <br />from the side. Mr. and Mrs. Iwaniw clarified that this new shed would be installed two feet from the <br />side. In response to Mr. Gomersall's question; Mr. Iwaniw stated the shed will be 10 feet wide and 8 <br />feet deep. It was clarified the agenda should be modified to include a 3 foot side variance. <br />M.
