The motion was seconded by R. Gomersall and unanimously approved. Iu the framing of the motion Chairinan Gomersall clarified that proper drainage shall be implemented and the trucks removed. Request location variances for the following: to have ground sign in 35 foot triangular area; a 3 foot location variance from front setback; a 13 foot variance for side yard setbacks. Violation of Ord. 90-125, Section 1163.12(b). Pole sign for wluch variances were previously granted will not be installed. Chairniau Gomersall called all interested parties before the board. The oath was administered to P. Phalgoo. The board agreed to approve this sign as it is a significant improvement. , W. Purper moved to grant the request of Pine Tree Beverage, 23239 Lorain Road. Note: A variance was granted for an addition to this dwelling on 10/4/78. Chairman Gomersall called all interested parties before the board. The oath was administered to R. Larson. Mr. Gomersall explained that there is a letter from Metroparks pertaining to tlus proposal. He believed, however, these concerns did not pertain to Mr. Larson, because he is not 20 feet from the boundary. M. Boyle moved to grant the special permit of Rick Larson, 24261 Mastic Road, to add to side and rear of a non-conforming dwelling. Special permit required Ord. 90-125, Section 1165.02(b)(1).'
