J. 1Vlaloney moved to grant to George Skliros, 26738 Chapel Hill a 22 square foot area variance to <br />install shed wluch exceeds 2% of the rear yard area. Violation of Ord. 90-125, Section 1135.02 <br />(D1). The motion was seconded by W. Purper and unanimously approved. Variance granted. <br />7. Vincent Palmieri, 23857 Frank Street. <br />Request for variance (1123.12). Request a 3 foot rear yard variance to construct additiou. <br />Violation of Ord. 90-125, Section 1135.08 (A). <br />Chau7nan Gomersall called all interested parties before the board. No Representative was present, <br />proposal was delayed uutil later in the meeting. 8. Thomas Hinojosa, 23284 Alexander Road. <br />Request for variance (1123.12). Request variances to replace existing detached garage that will <br />iuclude a uew patio on the side. The following variances are required: 6 inch side yard variance for <br />the garage aud a 3 foot 6 inch side yard variance for patio roof. Violation of Ord. 90-125, Section <br />1135.02 (C2) and (D4). Note: The proposed garage is the same size and in the same location as <br />the existing garage, however the proposed patio roof is a new structure. <br />Chairman Gomersall called all interested parties before the board. The oath was administered to <br />Mr. Hinojosa who explained this proposal is to replace the existing three car garage. He elaborated <br />that this will iuclude replacing and covering the car port, which is the reason for the 3 foot 6 inch <br />side yard variance. Mr. 1Vlaloney and Mr. Gomersall would like a gutter installed to prevent water <br />from flowing onto the neighboring property. Mr. giinojosa agreed to install a gutter along the sides <br />and in the back which should keep the water onto his own property. The members had no further <br />questions. <br />J. Maloney moved to grant Thomas Hinojosa, located at 23284 Alexander IZoad, the following <br />variances to replace existing detached garage that will include a new patio on the side: a 6 inch side <br />yard variance for the garage and a 3 foot 6 inch side yard variance for patio roof. Violatiou of Ord. <br />90-125, Section 1135.02 (C2) and (D4). Note: The proposed garage will be the same size and in <br />the saine location as the existing garage, however, the proposed patio roof is a new structure. <br />The motion was seconded by W. Purper and unanimously approved. Variances granted. <br />9. Kelly Needles, 5487 Jaqueline Lane. <br />Request for variance (1123.12). Request special permit to have a construction trailer in a residential <br />district for oue year. Violation of Ord. 90-125, Section 1123.06. <br />Chairman Gomersall called all interested parties before the board. The oath was admuustered to Mr. <br />Kelly. He explained, in order to develop this subdivision in a timely manner, he is requesting <br />permission to install a construction trailer. The meinbers did not have a problem with this proposal. <br />W. Purper moved to grant, Kelly Needles located at 5487 Jaqueline Lane, a special permit to have a <br />construction trailer in a residential district for one year. Violation of Ord. 90-125, Sectiou 1123.06. <br />The motiou was seconded by J. Maloney and unanimously approved. Special permit granted. <br />10. Oluo Savings, 4570 Great Northern Blvd. <br />Request for variance (1123.12). Request variances to install the following sigus: <br />A prohibited pole sigu. Violation of Ord. 90-125, Sectiou 1163.22.
