Mr. Tallon had no objection. <br />Oluo Savings - Mr. Yager, of the architectural review board, had no problem with the Dryvit on the <br />upper area, but would like the lower portion he would prefer a masonry material. Originally <br />they were going to use a metal panel. Mr. Yager indicated that they could not get a brick to <br />match the eaistiug. Mr. Tallon agreed and stated he did not want a metal panel but would <br />agree to masomy on the lower portion. <br />Assistant Building Commissioner Rymarczyk advised that two more would be coming to them soon. <br />Golf View Homes - there is a revised site plan s}iowing a cul-de-sac without the island in the middle <br />wluch had been approved by the Fire Department aud the neigbbors seem to agree, but no <br />letter has been received. The site plans- was studied by the members. Mr. Tallon would like <br />them move the center pin of the cul-de-sac back so it is entirely within the setbacks. City <br />Engineer Deichmann agreed that this could be done. <br />Home Place will be taking several store frouts in Crreat Northern Shopping Center from Plus Sizes east <br />to Men's Warehouse. This portion will be toni down and completely rebuilt aud will conform <br />to the approved store front plan. A 15,000 square foot additiou will be coustiucted on the <br />back of the store.
