It was noted that sidewalks on the <br />perimeter were promised many years ago, but have never been installed. Mr. Snavely, the owner, agreed <br />to install them. After some discussion with the meinbers and Service Director Bohhnavn, it was decided <br />that the sidewalks would run along their property on Grreat Northeru and arou.nd to Country Club to <br />just beyond the access drive. These wallcs should also be tied into the property so the walk is extended <br />into the property. Mr. Bohlmanu advised that there will be sidewalks eventually all the way to IVloen. <br />The' revised landscape plan will be submitted to the arclutectural review board for Mr. Zergott's <br />approval. The members discussed the, size of the rooms and were satisfied that they conformed to code. <br />R. Tallon moved to accept the proposal for the Radisson Hotel, 25070 Country Club Boulevard, to <br />construct an addition to the existing hotel. Amendment to Corporate Center preluninary laud use plan <br />approved by planning commission December 10, 1996 and approved by Council December 17, 1996. <br />Heard by board of zoviug appeals February 13, 1997. Heard by arclutectural review board February 19, <br />1997 with the inclusion of the all changes set forth on the plans presented tonight 2/25/97 these changes <br />include the recommendations of the arclutectural review board and the Safety Department; and ask the <br />Safety Departineut if there is a strong objection about the height of the canopy. Also to include in the <br />motion the addition of sidewalks from property line on Great Northern Boulevard to a little beyoud to <br />the east of the access drive on Country Club Boulevard and coutinued into the property to the end of <br />the island.
