?ti <br />N. NEW DEVELOPMENTS AND SUBDIVISIONS: No items. <br />V. COMMUNICATIONS: No items. <br />VI. COMIVIITTEE REPORTS: No items. <br />VII. MINOR CHANGES: <br />Assistant Build'uig Commissioner Rymarczyk presented the minor changes for Stone Quarters, <br />Shore West, and Studio Plus. The developer of Stone Quarters would like to complete <br />construction in phases. The members discussed this minor chauge. Mr. Herbster wondered what <br />would happen if the developer decides not to conaplete the last phase. The members had no <br />problem as long as the building department has none. Mr. Itymarczyk requested something in <br />writing regarding the denial of the Shore West minor change at the last meeting, as well as the <br />suggestion to move the center pin. Mrs. O'Rourke advised the suggestions were in the minutes. <br />Mr. Rymarczyk maintained he would like sometluug in writing. The members agreed to have <br />sometlung sent through in writing. Mr. Rymarczyk advised Studio Plus would like to install a <br />wlurl pool instead of a pool. The members would like to hear tlus before a regular meeting when <br />the following concerns cau be addressed: the reasons for the change; the size of the tub; how <br />bacteria and germs will be controlled; and whether it will be an indoor or outdoor pool. The whirl <br />pool for Studio Plus was denied as a minor change and Mr. Rymarczyk requested something in <br />writing stating the same. <br />VIII. NEW BUSINESS: No Items. <br />IX. OLD BUSINESS (REVIEW AND CORRECTION OF MIlVUTES HEARD HERE): <br />Mr. Rymarczyk advised the developer for Forest City would like to maintain lus front parking and <br />ground, sign. Much of the discussions was inaudible. A. Manning motioned to approve the <br />minutes of Febiuary 25, 1997 with an amendment on the Forest City Auto Parts proposal be to <br />allow the front parkuig and a variance for the sign at the street. The motion was seconded by T. <br />Brennan. Roll call on motion: Maiuung; Brennan; O'Rourke; Koeth; Herbster, yes. Camerou- <br />Alstou abstained. <br />X.
