It was <br />clarified that this is not a cellular service, but a digital service which is not even out yet b.ut it will not aid <br />the person with a cellular phone. Councihnan Lind stated that he was using this as an analogy. 1Vli <br />Fettermau, a resident, does not want this in the park, and wondered why the pole could not be at Clague <br />and Brookpark next to the fenced-in pile of rocks. He does not want to see the pole out his window, <br />especially for something that is to be used in the future. Another neighbor asked if this were going to be <br />done while the other work in the park was being done. He was advised that it would be done with the <br />work, and Mayor Boyle stated he would not let them put the 30 foot pole through his retention system. <br />R. Tallon moved to approve the AT&T, North Olmsted Clague Park, proposal to install wireless tower <br />in park with the inclusion that the utilities will be brought in underground, that the light is down lighting <br />and will not spill over onto the adjacent property; that tlie landscaping will be maintained by AT&T aud <br />that the landscape drawings will be presented to the architectural review board and upon the <br />architectural review board's approval this motion will be valid. The motion was seconded by R. Koeth, <br />and uuauimously approved. <br />IV. NEW DEVELOPMENTS AND SUBDIVISIONS: <br />1) Dovvning Company Consolidation Plat (La-Z-Boy Furniture). <br />The proposal is to combine permanent parcel numbers 231-33-016(formerly Long John Silver site) and <br />231-31-026 (formerly BP Car Wash site) into one (1) parcel (site of approved La-Z-Boy Furniture). <br />Location is the northeast corner of Lorain and Root Roads. Zoning is Retail Business, General, entirely <br />and the proposal conforms to frontage and area requirements. <br />Representative still not present, proposal was tabled until Apri122, 1997. <br />2) Duke Realty Investments Lot Split and Assembly Plat (Radisson Hotel). <br />The proposal is to split and assemble (re-align the property lines) permanent parcel nos. 236-14-3 and <br />236-14-5 to accommodate the Radisson Hotel addition. I,ocation is the northeast corner area of Great <br />Northem and Country Club Boulevards. Zoning is Mixed Use District entirely. <br />Representative still not present, proposal was tabled until Apri122, 1997. <br />V. COMMUrTICATIONS: <br />No items. <br />VI.
