?
No items.
V. COMM[TNICATIONS:
No items
VI. COMIVIITTEE REPORTS:
No items
VII. MINOR CHANGES:
Mr. Conway presented a minor change for site lighting at Rini Rego's , at West 231 and Lorain Road.
Originally they had asked for 1,000 watt lights. They are now asking for 400 watts metal halide lights.
The members studied the plan. The poles are 30 feet high, and Chairmau Tallon believed that this was
still to bright. He is concerned about the ligb.ts at the property line and he would like it 0 at the propercy
lines. He would like about 250 watt bulbs closer to the residential property, and would like to see a new
average foot candle since this plan shows the average at 4.11 which is too high. He asked that they make
su.re that there is a flat lens so the bulb is not visible. He explained to Mr. Conway how the new plan
should be and he would like a new plan submitted.
VIII. NEW BUSINESS:
K O'Rourke moved to cancel the August meetings for the annual vacation, seconded by R Tallon, and
unanimously approved.
IX. OLD BUSINESS:
No items.
X. ADJOURNMENT:
R. Tallon moved to excuse the absence of Ms. Cameron-Alston and Mr. Mauuing, seconded by K.
O'Rourke, and unanimously approved.
Mrs. O'Rourke will not be at the next meeting.
The meeting was adjourned at 9:40 P.M.
Q.
R Tallon,
A.
