He clarified this request for special <br />permit is to add to the non-conforming building, and this boards only concem should be the <br />two additions. Mattress Waxehouse. 4690 Great Northern Blvd. <br />Request for variance (1123.12). <br />Request the following signage variances: an 11 square foot variance for excessive free <br />standing signage; a 133.4 square foot variance to exceed the maximum sign face area for a <br />business use; and a 122.4 square foot variance for excessive wall signage. <br />Violation of Ord. 90-125, Section(s) 1163.11(A) and 1163.11(c). <br />Note: Both signs are non conforming, therefore they must be removed prior to January 1, <br />1998. Owner understands that the pole sign must be removed under 1163.22 (prohibited <br />signs) and 1163.26 (removal of non-conforming signs). <br />Chairman Gomersall called all interested parties before the board.
