<br />Mr. and Mrs. Dorenkott and Mr. Wagner, contractor. Mr. Wagner stated that there was an existing <br />porch where the patio enclosure will be and the side yard is non-conforming at present. The <br />members had no problem with the request. <br />W. Purper moved to grant the variance to Robert Dorenkott, 27003 Driscoll Lane for a 7 foot side <br />yard variance to construct a porch enclosure on a corner lot. Also to grant a special permit <br />(1123.11) to enlarge non-conforming dwelling. Special permit required Ord. 90-125 section <br />1165.02 (b-1). Variance and special permit granted. <br />11. Swidrak 27306 Mill Road ' <br />Request for variance (1123.12). <br />Request 74 square foot variance to construct deck in excess of 20% of the rear yard area. <br />Also request a 4 foot rear set back variance for proposed deck. <br />Violation of Ord. 90-125, Section(s) 1135.02 (d-2) and 1135.02 (d-4). <br />Chairman Gomersall called all interested parties before the board. The oath was admiuistered to <br />Ms. Swidrak and Mr. Griswold who explained that there would only be 6 foot to the rear property <br />line which abuts a parking lot for a store. The side of the deck will be 3 feet from the fence to allow <br />for maintenance. The deck will be about the same as the one next door. <br />T. Koberna moved to gra.nt the request of Kathy Swidrak, 27306 Mill Road for a 74 square foot <br />variance to construct deck in excess of 20% of the rear yard area. Also request a 4 foot rear set <br />back variance for proposed deck. Violation_of Ord. 90-125, Section(s) 1135.02 (d-2) and 1135.02 <br />(d-4). The motion was seconded by J.
