Board <br />discussed the time factor of when the solid part. of the fence would be <br />permitted. It was suggested that November lst to May lst would be suf- <br />ficient. R. Bugala moved that a solid 4' fence can be erected from November <br />lst through April 30th, this variance supercedes and cancels the previous <br />action on this request, seconded by R. Gomersall, and unanimously approved. <br />Variance granted. <br />C. Remmel moved to approve the June 4th Minutes with the correction of the <br />second paragraph on page 6(Kassler), ".... the appellant advised Mr. <br />Gomersall ....", seconded by E. Graves, and unanimously approved. <br />Chairman Remmel questioned if the Building Commissioner wanted the Board to <br />report any violations that they might come across and advised that there <br />was a stockade fence being erected on the corner of Clague Road and Clifford <br />Drive.-_The Building Department has-taken-action on this all ready. <br />Regarding the Nobleman-case-which was in court, Law Director Gareau advised- <br />that the judge had ruled in favor of the homeowner. <br />Mr. Graves announced that he has resigned from the Board because he is <br />moving out of the city. ' <br />Since only 3 merriiers can be present for the August meeting, the Board decided <br />to take August as a vacation and advised the clerk to limit the cases in <br />September to 15. <br />The meeting- was adjourned at."9.:-15-p.m. <br /> <br />-C.
