The Commis- <br />sion nad been advised by Mr. Johnson ot the Metro Parks Board that <br />there was a deea restriction on the rear 200 feet of the property and <br />that portion could not be deveioped or used for parking. Mr. and Mrs. <br />lirrey were not aware of this, but the lot is 550 feet deep and they do <br />not intend to use that part. Existing detached garage will be moved <br />irom the side of the house tor about 60 feet to the rear. Six paricing <br />spaces are planned (size of spaces shown do not confor-m to code and <br />will be changed). They plan to remove two trees which obscur.es-the house <br />and shades lawn, Under a proposed ordinance the CitST forester may have <br />to approve the removal of these trees. Mr. and Mrs. Deener, adjacent <br />property owners reviewed the plans and stated that they wauld like an- <br />other tree removed which has damaged tneir driveway and hinders vision <br />when pulling out of their driveway. 1ne Commission would like a recom- <br />mendation from the rorester as to whether the trees should be removed. <br />J. Burns moved to forward the Doll House, 30036 Lorain Road proposal <br />to the ArchitecturaL Board of Review to the forester for his recomnen- <br />dations related particularly to the three large trees in the front of <br />the property, two of which the developer wishes to remove, the other <br />which the neighbor wishes to remove, and to Engineering ror review of <br />the paving and the retention system, and also we would like the Building <br />Dept, to look at revised drawing of parking space size and locaticn; and <br />to the Safety Department, seconded by T. NEW DEVELOPMENTS AND SUBDIVISIONS: <br />I) Cherandorc Subdivision: - <br />Location is the entire south side of Brookpark Road Extension between <br />Dover Center Road and Sparky Lane, and both north and south sides of <br />projected Brookpark Road Ext. east of Sparky Lane. Proposal is to <br />rE-align existing parcels 232-25-7, 8, 34 and 232-26-6, 7, 11,12, 38 <br />into six (6) sublots, and to extend and dedicate an additional portion <br />of Brookpark Road Extension. <br />City Engineer Schaller explained that tnis subdivision is re-alijning <br />property 1-ines creating 6 sublot ana dedicating an existing portion of <br />3rookparl: Roaci Extension; there are building on some of the sublots. <br />Two subiots, one the property of Nam Wah Express, and the otner with
