Proposal is to combine parcels 235-27-3 and . 235-28-4 3nto one (1) parcel, which is,the site of the Biskind Develop- ment Co. proposal for expansion of the Great Northern Shopping Center (a.pproved by Planning Commission 11/26/85)..
