NEW DEVELOPMENTS AND SUBDIVISIONS: <br />1) Cleveland Electric Illuminating Company Subdivision. <br />Location is the south side of Lorain Road east of David Drive. <br />Proposal is to split off the rear portion of parcel 237-5-3 (which fronts <br />on Lorain Road) and join it to the rear portion of parcel 237-5-23 (which <br />fronts on David Drive). Reviewed by Planning Commission May 13, 1986 and <br />referred to Board of Zoning Appeals (June 4, 1986) which granted rquired <br />variances. <br />Subdivision was discussed and motion made in Section III, item 1(Meineke <br />Discount Muffler Shops, Inc.) J. Wixted moved to approve the Cleveland <br />Electric Illuminating proposal to split off the rear portion of parcel <br />237-5-3 which fronts on Lorain Road and join it to the rear portion of <br />parcel 237-5-23 which fronts on David Drive, seconded by R. Bierman, and <br />unanimously approved. <br />2) Ron's North Olmsted Beverage Drive Thru and Video Store Assembly Plat. <br />Location is the south side of Lorain Road between Wedgewood Drive and <br />Charles Ave. <br />Proposal is to combine parcels 234-10-51 and 234-10-52 into one (1) parcel. <br />City Engineer advised that the agenda was incorrect, parcel numbers should <br />read 234-10-51 and 234-10-52, not 55 as stated. Assembly was discussed <br />and motion made in Section 111, item 2(North Olmsted Beverage). R. <br />Bierman moved to approve the assembly plat at the same location, to com- <br />bine parcels 234-10-51 and 234-10-52 into one parcel, seconded by J. Brown, <br />and unanimously approved. <br />3) William Aayden Assembly Plat <br />Location is the north side of Lorain Road, west of Barton Road. <br />Proposal is to combine parcels 234-7-8 and 234-7-9 into one (1) parcel, <br />which is the site of the proposed Barlo Plaza. (Reviewed by Planning <br />Commission June 11, 1986). <br />Motion was made in Section 111, item 4, (Barlo Plaza). J. Wixted moved to <br />approve the William Hayden Assembly plat proposal to combine parcels 234-7-8 <br />and 234-7-9 into one parcel, seconded by E. Traczyk, and unanimously approved. <br />V. COMMUNICATIONS: <br />No items. <br />VI. NEW BUSINESS: <br />J. Burns moved to make the month of August a vacation month, seconded by J. <br />Wixted, and unanimously approved. It was decided if there are an excess of <br />proposals submitted, the Commission would consider a special meeting. <br />VII. OLD BUSINESS: <br />Mr. Morgan is looking into the ordinance pertaining to curb cuts and will <br />report at a later meeting.
