If the required majority vote <br />cannot be obtained'for.a matter before.the Commission, that ma.tter shall <br />be continued until the next regularly scheduled meeting. B'uilding Department Requests; <br />IV New Developments and- Subdivisions <br />V Communications <br />VI Committee reports <br />VII New Business <br />VIIIOld Business <br />IX Adj ournment <br />Chairman Burns advised that in reference to Section 2, the Law Department <br />stated that they had no problem with this revision, however, the Planning <br />Commission must still stay within the 60 day period in which they have to <br />act. B. Gorris moved that the Planning Commission adopt the proposed <br />amendments under Article II - Procedures; Section 2 relating to Quorum and <br />Section 5 related to order o-f business as proposed, seconded by R. Bierman, <br />and unanimously approved.- <br />Ord. 86-92: Basically the ordinance is increasing the green strip required <br />inside the right-of-way line. Commission has no problem with the increased <br />green area, however, they are concerned about two statements included in <br />this ordinance.
