(Approved by Architectural Board of Review May 21, 1986).
Mr. Carlisle advided that he and Mr. Spino had reviewed parking as re-
quired by ordinance and as would actually be figured on the basis of use-
able area, as well as other standards for figuring parking, and are in
agreement that the parking requirements as figured with the 20% reduc-
tion for storage is a reasonable figure. Revised plan now shows the
western most drive as a two lane, boulevard type drive which will line
up with drive on the north side of Country Club Blvd. No signalization
is planned for this drive at this time. Safety-Department also has
concerns with the western drive and stated that the drive at the north
east side of this property is also confusing to the driver. Fire De-
partment had no objection but noted that water must be provided for fire
protection and access for fire equipment must also be provided. J.
Wixted moved to approve the proposal for Great Northern Technology Park
II, south side of Country Club Blvd, to construct the second office
building as originally shown on the master plan incorporating the modi-
fications to the eastern and western most drives as referred to in the
Architectural Board of Review recommendations, seconded by E.
