Coltman, representing an adjacent neighbor, Mrs. Koepke, <br />and another neighbor viewed the plans. Mr. Coltman is not objecting to <br />the subdivision as long as the property remains residential but is con- <br />cerned that this will lead to another attempt to rezone to General Retail. <br />Mr. DiBenedetto stated that he has a right to use his land and that in <br />the past 3 years no one has wanted to buy the property as residential. <br />The Commission would like to review the minutes from all previous meetings <br />and requested that proposal be tabled. B. Gorris moved to table proposal <br />for the DiBenedetto Resubdivision on the north side of Brookpark Road Ext. <br />at Dover Center Rd. to resubdivide parcels 232-25-5, 6, and 54, until the <br />next meeting and request that minutes of the previous meetings relative <br />to: 1) original breakdown of these two parcels into sublot 1 and sublot 2 <br />occurring sometime around January, 1981; 2) the rezoning request January <br />1984; 3) the subdivision of 2A and 3A, sometime after January 1984, sec- <br />onded by J.
