- , .
BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS OCTOBER 2, 1985 PAGE 4
Section 1133.13 of the Zoning Code. Mr. Bugala and Mr. Gomersall explained
their reasons for their negative votes. Board discussed fence.variance and
agreed that an 8' fence should be sufficient. R. Gomersall moved to grant
a variance to install an 8' chain link fence as indicated on the plan. After
a brief discussion, it was decided that a 10' chain link fence would be
necessary around the tennis courts and a solid fence might be preferable
around the perimeter. Mr. Bugala suggested that the motion be changed to
continue the 10' chain link fence around the tennis courts and that we
grant them a variance for an 8' fence around the existing perimeter as
described in the plans of which the material will be decided by the Archi-
tectural Board of Review and the Planning Commission. Mr. Gomersall agreed
to the change; and it was seconded by Mr. Bugala, and unaimously approved.
Variance granted.
The meeting was adjourned at 9:15 p.m.
06'1_&LC
C.
