Norris at 24260 Beech Lane, seconded by <br />R. Gomersall, and unanimously approved. Variance granted. Size variance <br />was discussed. Chairman Remmel stated that size should conform and that <br />20 sq. ft. should not make that much difference. J. Helon moved to grant <br />the 20 sq. ft, variance for the tool shed for John Norris at 24260 Beech <br />Lane, seconded by R. Gomersall. Roll call on motion: Helon and Bugala, <br />Yes. Gomersall and Remmel,_Nay. Motion failed to pass. Variance denied. <br />4. William W. Novak, 26839,Sudbury Dr. <br />Representative still not present. Case continued until August 7, 1985. <br />3: Colman A. Gulden, 24122 Ambour Dr. <br />Mr. Gulden and Mr. Dodd, the contractor, approached the Board at this <br />point. Chairman Remmel administered the oath. Mr. Dodd advised the <br />Board that they had decided to move the garage and that no variance <br />would be required. Board agreed to deny the request, so that case would <br />not be pending. C. Remmel moved to grant the 4'8" variance for Colman <br />Gulden, 24122 Ambour Dr., seconded by R. Bugala. Roll call on motion: <br />Remmel, Bugala, Gomersall, and Helon, Nay. Motion failed to pass. <br />Variance denited. <br />C. Remmel moved to excuse the absence of E. Graves, seconded by R.
