Patio enclosure was installed without a permit. Mr. <br />Billington explained that he had not applied for the permit when he was in <br />an automobile accident. His partner, who normally works on the east side, <br />installed the patio without realizing that the permit had not been acquired. <br />Mr. Walker did the concrete work, but this would not require a permit. <br />Building Commissioner Gundy advised that he had talked to Mr. Billington <br />and his license could be revoked, however, there have been no previous com- <br />plaints. Board agrees this is a good looking enclosure. C. Remmel moved <br />to grant the variance with the understanding that before issuing the permit <br />the foundations will be opened and approved by the Building Department; and <br />that the enclosure meet the Building Department requirements, and in this <br />case the builder, American Patio Rooms, is under notice that another vio- <br />lation will result in the removal of their license, seconded by R. Gomersall, <br />and unanimously approved. Variance granted. <br />10. Paul and Marjorie Roehm, 3431 E. Oxford Oval <br />Request for variance (1133.13). Request 21'8" rear yard variance for patio <br />enclosure. Violation of Ord. 62-33, Section 1163.01. <br />Chairman Remmel called all interested parties before the Board. The oath <br />was administered to Mr. Zalinsky, the contractor, and Mr.. & Mrs. Roehm. <br />It was noted that this is a pie shaped lot and the School Board property <br />to the rear is wooded. R. Bugala moved to grant the 21.8' variance for <br />Paul and Marjorie Roehm, 3431 East Oxford Oval, seconded by J. Helon, <br />and unanimously approved. Variance granted. <br />11. Mr. and Mrs. Saade, 4422 Brendan Lane. <br />Request for variance (1133.13). Request 5' rear yard variance for patio <br />enclosure. Violation of Ord. 62-33, Section 1163.01. <br />Chairman Remmel called all interested parties before the Board. The oath <br />was administered to Mr. and Mrs. Saad. Board had no problems with the re- <br />quest. R. Bugala moved to grant the 5' rear yard variance for Mr, and Mrs. <br />Saade at 4422 Brendan Lane, seconded by R.
