Mr. Bugala stated that the foot more would not be a deterrent on just the rear line, since they could cut through the other yards to their yard. R. Bugala moved to provide the requested 1' height variance for the fence on the rear property line of Mr. and Mrs. Robert Szabo, 4060 Saw Mill Circle, seconded by J. Helon. Roll call on motion: Bugala, Helon, Gomersall, and Remmel, Nay. Motion failed to pass. Variance denied. 16. Ronald A. Dobson, 5347 Sunset Oval Reqilest for variance (1133.13). Request 6" height variance for shed. Violation of Ord. 62-33, Section 1151.04-D. 17. Richard Papa, 5346 Sunset Oval Request for variance (1133.13)-; _ Request 6" height variance for shed. Violation of Ord. -62-33, Section 1151.04-D. Bo.th, cases heard together since they are building the same sheds on adja- cent properties. -They explained that they wanted a gabled;-shingled roof and a standard sized door and 8' would__not be feasible. At this point Chairman Reinmel administered the oath-to Mr. Dobson and Mr:-Papa.--Sheds will match the architecture of their houses. Building Commissioner Gundy _ stated__that this_was a reasonable request for this style of shed. Mr. Remmel felt they could reduce the size. C. Remmel moved to grant the variance for R. Dobson;--seconded by R:- Gomersall. Roll call on-motion: Gomersall, Bugala, and Helon, Aye. Remmel, Nay Motion passed variance granted. C. Remmel moved to grant the variance for R. Papas, seconded by R. Gomersall. Roll call on motion: Gomersall, Bugala, and Helon, Aye. Remmel, Nay. Motion passed. Variance granted. 18. Mr. and Mrs. Markusic, 5969 McKenzie Request special permit-to add to non-conforming.dwelling (front set back -- over 70'). Special-permission-required Ord. 62-33,-Section 1231.02. Chairman Remmel--called all interested parties before the Board. The oath was administered to the contractor, Mr. Segal. Board had no objection to the proposal. R:-Bugala-moved to grant the special permit, seconded by J. Helon, and unanimously approved. Special permit granted. 19. Patricia Kilbane, 3191 Clague Rd. Request for variance (1133.13). Request 3`6"-variance for-distance between addition and garage: Violation of Ord. 62-33; Section 1151:04-C. Chairman--ReuQnel called all interested parties-before the Board. The oath was administered to Mrs. Kilbane and the contractor. They would now like to request a variance for an outside masonary chimney which would encroach into the 5' side yard. Mr. Gundy stated that this would be approximately a 20" variance. C. Remmel moved to grant:: the 3'6" variance for the distance between the addition and garage; and also the allowance for the construc- tion of a masonary fireplace not to exceed 24" on the north side of the house, seconded by R.
