At this point <br />Chairman Reinmel administered the oath-to Mr. Dobson and Mr:-Papa.--Sheds <br />will match the architecture of their houses. Building Commissioner Gundy <br />_ stated__that this_was a reasonable request for this style of shed. Mr. <br />Remmel felt they could reduce the size. C. Remmel moved to grant the <br />variance for R. Dobson;--seconded by R:- Gomersall. Roll call on-motion: <br />Gomersall, Bugala, and Helon, Aye. Remmel, Nay Motion passed variance <br />granted. C. Special-permission-required Ord. 62-33,-Section 1231.02. <br />Chairman Remmel--called all interested parties before the Board. The oath <br />was administered to the contractor, Mr. Segal. Board had no objection to <br />the proposal. R:-Bugala-moved to grant the special permit, seconded by <br />J. Helon, and unanimously approved. Special permit granted. <br />19. Patricia Kilbane, 3191 Clague Rd. <br />Request for variance (1133.13). Request 3`6"-variance for-distance between <br />addition and garage: Violation of Ord. 62-33; Section 1151:04-C. <br />Chairman--ReuQnel called all interested parties-before the Board. The oath <br />was administered to Mrs. Kilbane and the contractor. They would now like <br />to request a variance for an outside masonary chimney which would encroach <br />into the 5' side yard. Mr. Gundy stated that this would be approximately <br />a 20" variance. C. Remmel moved to grant:: the 3'6" variance for the distance <br />between the addition and garage; and also the allowance for the construc- <br />tion of a masonary fireplace not to exceed 24" on the north side of the <br />house, seconded by R.
