Request 11'10" rear yard variance for sun room._. Violation of Ord. 62-33, Section 1163.01. 1 Chairman Remmel called all interested parties before the Board. St. Brendans Church, Kenny Lane and Brendan Lane. Request for special permit to construct church in a residential district. Special permission required Ord. 62-33, Section 1163.01. Chairman Remmel called all interested parties.before the Board. The oath was administered to Mr. Del Giudice, the architect, and Mr. Rogers of the building committee. Chairman Remmel observed that there were no neighbors present. There is enough land for the church. R. Bugala moved to approve the-special permit for St. Brendan's Church based upon the official review by the Planning Commission, the Architectural Board of Review, the Building .Department, the Engineering Department, and City Council, seconded by R. Gomersall, and unanimously approved. Special permit granted. 15. Mr. and Mrs. Robert A. Szabo, 4060 Saw Mill Circle, Request for variance (1133.13). Request 1' height variance for fence on rear property line. Violation of Ord. 62-33, Section 1151.04-H. Chairman Remmel called all interested parties before the Board. The oath was administered to Mr. and Mrs. Szabo. Mr. Szabo advised that he had a neighbo'r with him who was in favor of the variance, but he had to leave the meeting.
