The oath <br />was administered to Mr. Del Giudice, the architect, and Mr. Rogers of the <br />building committee. Chairman Remmel observed that there were no neighbors <br />present. There is enough land for the church. R. Bugala moved to approve <br />the-special permit for St. Brendan's Church based upon the official review <br />by the Planning Commission, the Architectural Board of Review, the Building <br />.Department, the Engineering Department, and City Council, seconded by <br />R. Gomersall, and unanimously approved. Special permit granted. <br />15. Mr. and Mrs. Robert A. Szabo, 4060 Saw Mill Circle, <br />Request for variance (1133.13). Request 1' height variance for fence on <br />rear property line. Violation of Ord. 62-33, Section 1151.04-H. <br />Chairman Remmel called all interested parties before the Board. The oath <br />was administered to Mr. and Mrs. Szabo. Mr. Szabo advised that he had a <br />neighbo'r with him who was in favor of the variance, but he had to leave <br />the meeting.
