(Gareau) ... the tennis school, but <br />rather assuming that this is a country club, and it is used for tennis, <br />non-profit corporation then they be excused from the requirements, namely <br />you are giving a variance, with respect to the parking within the 50' of <br />the residence district; and also that your are excusing them from the re- <br />quirement that the building be 200 feet from the residential district.(-Secretary) <br />Who seconded? (Gareau) I am going to ask the secretary of this <br />Board to type a verbatim of the motion and what follows right here. I think <br />we need an expression from Mr. Kadar that he understands that if, at any <br />time, this will become a corporation for profit that, in fact, he will no <br />longer be permitted to operate on that location.. Do you understand that? <br />(Kadar) Yes, I understand that. (Gareau) And also understand that when you <br />get your building permit that you must present evidence that the permit is <br />being -taken out in the name of a non-profit corporation. (Kadar) Yes, I <br />understand that. (Bugala) and that's by ordinance. (Gareau) With that <br />understanding, I think that this case probably should be closed. (Kadar) <br />Thank you. <br />E.
