Page 2- October 17 Meeting <br />Gloria discussed the situation concerning N.O. Citizens who have responded <br />to information about the upcoming Open House, but who are not yet identified <br />as owners of historic homes. The Comm. decided to provide blank forms for <br />people to fill in with new information at the Open House. <br />Robert had developed an Ocaner's Survey and he distributed copies to the Comm. <br />to review and approve. The survey was approved for use at the Open House and <br />60 copies are to be made. <br />Betty Lord discussed the need for signs listing the Historic Streets that <br />will be represented at the Open House in designated areas of the City Hall <br />Meeting Room. Robert agreed to make the needed identification signs . <br />Open House Agenda - Six N.O.L.C. members will be present at the Open House <br />to provide information. Robert will organize the members into 6 divisions <br />of street areas for presenting the information to the citizens. <br />Open House will begin at 8:00 p.m. on Monday, October 21, 1985. Thompson's <br />OHI Forms will be shown as examples to the citizens and about 30 copies <br />will be made. There will be a slide presentation by Betty Lord showing <br />Pre-Grant and Grant Homes. Additional slides will be set up to <br />continueously show during the Open House information gathering. A sign-in <br />attendence sheet will be provided as a record of who attended t'he Open House. <br />Also, a sheet will be provided for citizens to sign who want copies of any <br />historic records, etc. <br />New Business- There was no new business or <br />Meeting will be on November 21, 1985. The <br />Butternut Historic Districting will be set <br />announcements.
