City <br />Ordinances in order to qualify as a CLG, and submit these to the <br />OPH Office for a review of said proposals, Moved by Mike Patton, <br />seconded by Bob Parry, passed unanimously. <br />6) Moved that upon establishing a Historic District if the homes <br />within that District fail to qualify as an appropriate Home <br />due to non-approved changes or failure to meet standards, that <br />the N.O.L.C. City Planning <br />Commission, concerning the Historic District and that a Comm- <br />ittee should write up the Report.
