` <br />Page 2 October 3rd Meeting <br />2) Moved that N.O.L.C. should set aside funds to pay for signs <br />and literature for proposed Butternut District, Moved by Sharon <br />Flemming, seconded by Bob Parry. Passed Unanimously. <br />3) Moved that the N.O.L.C. should serve as a fact finding body <br />for any public hearings concerning the Historic Districting, <br />Moved by Mike Patton, seconded by Bob Parry, passed Unanimously. <br />4) Moved that a Committee of at least 5 members of the N.O.L.C. <br />serve as a Design Revi'ew Body as required by CLG regulations, <br />Moved by Gloria Sell, seconded by Sharon Flemming, passed unan- <br />mously. <br />5) Moved N.O.L.C. draft proposed changes in the N.O. City <br />Ordinances in order to qualify as a CLG, and submit these to the <br />OPH Office for a review of said proposals, Moved by Mike Patton, <br />seconded by Bob Parry, passed unanimously. <br />6) Moved that upon establishing a Historic District if the homes <br />within that District fail to qualify as an appropriate Home <br />due to non-approved changes or failure to meet standards, that <br />the N.O.L.C. (a) remove Landmark Designation for HBRP Plaque or <br />if the home is not plaqued then (b) refusal to Plaque and refusal <br />to designate the home as a Landmark for reasons of inappropriate- <br />'V?Q o?d, seconded by Bob Parry, Passed Unanimously. <br />ness. Moved by # <br />7) Moved that the threshold criteria for a Historic Dictrict <br />be that at least 50% of the homes and or structures within the <br />boundaries, and be at least 50 years old , and that the area <br />have some historic significance to the City of N.O., Moved by <br />B,etPA n, seconded by Bob Parry, Passed Unanimously. <br />ikG <br />8) Moved that the report submitted by Gloria Sell serve as the <br />Interim Draft Guidelines for the Historic Districting in N.O.. <br />Moved by Bob Parry, seconded by Sharon Flemming, passed Unanimously. <br />9) Moved that a Report be made to the N.O. City Planning <br />Commission, concerning the Historic District and that a Comm- <br />ittee should write up the Report.
