<br />NORTH OLMSTED LANDMARKS COMMISSION <br />Monthly Meeting <br />May 16, 1985 <br />PRESENT Chairman Elizabeth Lord, Bob Perry, Bob Hunter, Sharon Fleming, <br />Don Copeland, Lois Van Auken, Mike Patton, Leslie Trew, Gloria <br />Sell, Vonnie Petrigac, Pat Strange _ <br />- Chairman Betty Lord called the meeting to order at 7:45 P.M., <br />and introduced new Commission member, Mike Patton, and guests <br />Leslie Trew, Don Copeland, and Pat Strange. , <br />The Chair dispensed with the reading of the minutes of the last <br />meeting because of the length of tonite's meeting, and called <br />on Leslie Trew to give progress report on Grant in work. <br />TREW 10 Projects completed (1 Barton Road, 9 Clague Rd.) - 6 near <br />completion (95% completed, Porter Road) - 11 Porter Road just <br />received, now doing preliminary survey, will try to incorporate <br />as unit with 6 on Porter near completion. <br />File of work in process was passed around, however completed <br />projects available as they were being duplicated at Archives. <br />Leslie explained survey process, Archives, Map Room, Admin. Bldg.. <br />LORD This is different method than previously used by Commission, <br />have basically used tax information previously. <br />SELL Volume ane Page Nos, not listed on copies - isn't this vital <br />information? <br />TREW Volumes and Page Nos. must be verified - research compiled <br />for ease in trips to Archives, Admin. Bldg., etc. <br />HUNTER What is relation of completed and in-work to the total? <br />TREW 85 not touched (recd. last week). All other projects have at least <br />something begun on them - either Admin. Bldg work, Map work, etc. <br />VAN AUKEN What is total number? <br />TREW Little less than 100 prior to 1900.- approximately 290 between <br />1900 and 1920. <br />LORD What is the completion o against the total then. <br />TREW Cannot give accurate o as all but the 85 have some degree of work <br />completed.
