,
-.,
LORD We need to cbme to some agreement re timing. We need to know where
we stand, we liave dates we must protect. We must come to a deci-
sion tonite as to where we are on the Grant, all concerns must be
ironed out.
COPELAND Pointed out that not only was the Landmark Commission to be
concerned, but the City of North Olmsted of course is involved and is concerned about the completion of this project as specified
and the prompt and accurate expenditure of funds, as no extension
whatsoever will be fotthcoming. Documents refer only to "july"
for completion date. Columbus has suggested a compromise date of
July 8th, for completion - is this reasonable or feasible? Work
ing on,a time schedule of.a compromise date of July 9th., and
. 40-hr, work weeks, we would lose 52 weeks. We will hold to July
• 31st. if this is what it takes to get the job done. City wants
grant to be successful, and state is also concerned, not only
as Grantee, but because they have hired you for another position.
We want this done on time - committment must be made by you (Leslie)
and Landmarks Commission.
TREW Was under impression from Columbus that the 7/8 date had been
agreed upon.
COPELAND No agreement on 7/8. Landmarks Commission to consider and make
decision, and report to Columbus. City wants to make sure that
if 7/8 date is used work is completed in a qualitative manner,
to complete satisfaction of Commission and City. The fact that
it is necessary for you (Leslie) to leave prior to 8/1 concerns
us as to the satisfactory completion. Our standards as established
need to be completed.
TREW It is impossible to break down timing because of variables.
My expectations are to finish all locations built prior to 1920
by 7/8, all write-ups, forms, etc.
HUNTER Can any of your work be done away from the ARchives and Court House?
TREW Information must be obtained from ARchives and Court House, 8-
hour day. Paper work can be completed at home, also write-ups
and photography can be done after close of public buildings and
on week-ends.
LORD
TREW
LORD
TREW
What.kind of hours are you anticipating?
Full time from now until 7/8 for Landmarks Commission.
Give us a breakdown of what time frame you are working with.
Use all hours as efficiently as possible, will work as many hours
as possible.
-2-
- . .?': r • . . ? - ---
