guideline. <br />2) The Building /Architectural Review $oard should do the <br />evaluations for any building changes. <br />3) Only the Architectural Review Board should do the evalua- <br />tions, so that all the changes would keep within the <br />original style. <br />4) The major concerns over building changes would be with <br />any requests for additions, enclosures, or the use of siding. <br />5) A suggestion was made that a Landmarks member work along <br />with any Architectural Review Board concerning historic <br />districts. <br />Districting Reports - Michael Patton and Robert Parry and Gloria <br />Sell will present their reports at the October 3rd special <br />meeting. Their results will be aimed at the GLC requirements <br />and Landmarks sanctions, and the establishment of a Review Board <br />and Standards. <br />County Archives - Robert Parry suggested that a member from the <br />Landmarks Committee attend the upcoming County Commissioner's <br />meeting that will be discussing the future of the Archives. The <br />Landmarks Comm, agreed that it is important to preserve the <br />current location of the Archives downtown. Michael Patton <br />volunteered to go to the County Comm.meeting on Monday, Sept.23, <br />1985; and to take a packet of N.O.L.C.'s work to show as an <br />examkple of the Archive's importance. <br />Annual Report - Robert Hunter was appointed Chairman to work on <br />the upcoming report to be presented. <br />Correspondence- A letter was received from Laurel Camera concerning <br />accounts that are charged in small amounts. Laurel states that <br />charges must be a minimal of five dollars. <br />A memor.andum was sent from the Ohio Historical Society to remind <br />that the National Parks have approved CLG standings, and that <br />Grants are available. Michael Patton has the letter concerning <br />this information. <br />There is a mailing list for the Ohio Preservation Publication <br />for any interested Landmarks member. <br />A letter is to be sent.to Columbus to-.the Ohzo Historical Society <br />concerning a presentation from the Building Doctor. There is GLC <br />money available for low income restoration and the Landmarks Comm. <br />is interested in the possibility and cost of a presentation for <br />N.O. residents. <br />N.O. Traffic Problems - Discussion concerning the City's plans <br />for correcting traffic congestion and its effect on the historical <br />sites was intreduced. Sharon Flemming and Gloria Sell plan to <br />attend the N.O. Transportation Study Workshop concerning the <br />traffic problems and they plan to make a statement, (not as <br />Landmark members but as N.O. citizens). The N.O.L.C. decided <br />it would be more effective for Flemming and Sell to express their <br />
