Engineer Schaller stated that he could not foresee any possibility of that being done and that it would also have to be reviewed by Planning Commission. Bob 14onchi, representing Forest City one of the developers, stated that most parcels in industrial parks are from 2 to 4 acres; that they are anticipating mostly one story build- ings; and that probably no other streets would be installed. It was ex- plained that the City will borrow funds and will hire the contractor and then assess the owners of the Industrial Park property for the roadway. During the discussion it came to the attention of the Commission that neither Nutron Nameplate nor Forest City had received notice of this meeting. Assistant Law Director Dubelko and the Commission agreed that Nutron Nameplate should be notified before any action is taken on this proposal. J. Wixted moved to tab,le the preliminary plan for the right of way in the Industrial Park until the next Planning Commission meeting and that all property owners be notified, in particular, Nutron Corpora- tion as required by:.tfie Ordinance and as recommendecl by Assistant Law Director-Dubelko and that-all persons on the present list also be noti- fied, seconded by J. ADJOURNMENT: The Commission ques.tioned if a new member has been named as to fill the vacancy; it had been indicated at Council meeting that some one was being considered.
