Engineer Schaller stated that he could not <br />foresee any possibility of that being done and that it would also have <br />to be reviewed by Planning Commission. Bob 14onchi, representing Forest <br />City one of the developers, stated that most parcels in industrial parks <br />are from 2 to 4 acres; that they are anticipating mostly one story build- <br />ings; and that probably no other streets would be installed. It was ex- <br />plained that the City will borrow funds and will hire the contractor and <br />then assess the owners of the Industrial Park property for the roadway. <br />During the discussion it came to the attention of the Commission that <br />neither Nutron Nameplate nor Forest City had received notice of this <br />meeting. Assistant Law Director Dubelko and the Commission agreed that <br />Nutron Nameplate should be notified before any action is taken on this <br />proposal. J. Wixted moved to tab,le the preliminary plan for the right <br />of way in the Industrial Park until the next Planning Commission meeting <br />and that all property owners be notified, in particular, Nutron Corpora- <br />tion as required by:.tfie Ordinance and as recommendecl by Assistant Law <br />Director-Dubelko and that-all persons on the present list also be noti- <br />fied, seconded by J. Brown, and unanimously approved. <br />V. COMMUNICATIONS: <br />No items. <br />VI. NEW BUSINESS: <br />No it ems <br />VII. OLD BUSINESS: <br />No items. <br />VIII. COMMITTEE REPORTS: <br />Traff ic study committee will meet the 3rd Saturday in March at 9:00 a.m. in <br />the Great Northern Community Room. Dr. Bury of Baldwin Wallace has been <br />chosen as moderator. <br />IX.
