Morgan moved that the proposal to construct an addition to Mr. Carburetor be approved as presented, and that sign also be approved provided it meets the requirements of the code, seconded by J. Brown, and unanimously approved. IV. NEW DEVELOPMENTS AND SUBDIVISIONS: 1) Request for curb opening onto Brookpark Road Extension for rear driveway access for parcel 232-26-10 (formerly Banc Ohio; north side of Lorain Road east of Sparky Lane. Engineer J. Schaller and S. DiBenedetto explained proposal. Private drive from auto teller of First Federal Savings and Loan of Lakewood will exit onto Brookpark Ext. Plan for the private road had been ap- proved in 1979 when the State Wholesale property was developed. Drive- way will be chained at night. B. Gorris moved to approve curb cut allowing access to Brookpark Ext. on property housing former Banc Ohio, seconded by T. Morgan, and unanimously approved. V. COMMUNICATIONS: No items. VI. NEW BUSINESS: No items. VII. OLD BUSINESS: No items. VIII. COMMITTEE REPORTS: Mr. Burns reported on transportation committee which met Saturday March 23rd. Committee discussed: 1) Widening exit and entrance ramps on 1480 and widening Clague Road between 1480 and Lorain Road; 2) Completion of the former plan to continue Brookpark to Brookpark Ext. to North Park to the proposed Bassett Stearns; 3) Construction of Bassett Stearns; 4) Widening of Butter- nut Ridge. Mr. Burns explained that they discussed several possibilities for an east-west artery in order to relieve traffic on Lorain Road. IX. ADJOURNMENT: J. Brown moved to excuse the absence of E.
